This cured, air-dried Spanish ham is considered to be one of the finest in the world. It comes from native Spanish Iberian pigs, and is only produced in south and south-western Spain. Serrano ham has a firm, dry texture and an intense flavour with a sweet, subtle aftertaste. Pre sliced and interleaved for convenience.
