Sometimes you just need a prosciutto to get the job done. This is a very reasonable Italian prosciutto, cured for 10 months with Villani’s usual attention to detail. It that has been air-dried for at least 10 months mainly in the Parma and San Daniele production plants. It is pressed to give a square shape ideal for slicing to give even consistent portions – perfect for commercial kitchens.
