Made only with egg whites and sugar, these Italian Cordero GF meringues are a light and delicious sweet treat, beautifully packaged to pop into a gift hamper.
The Cordero family has been crafting and milling grains since 1958. Luigi Cordero launched his company Molino di Borgo San Dalmazzo in 1958 in Italy’s Piedmont to grind local grain for local bakeries. To celebrate their grandfather’s achievement, the family recently rebranded under his name, expanding their range and their markets without losing the integrity, authenticity and goodness that made the original mill so beloved in Borgo San Dalmazzo. The Cordero GF meringues are a great advertisement for Cordero’s intense and abiding “passione italiana.”
