The ‘bay’ pictured on the label is the spectacular sweep of the nearby Gulf of Manfredonia, perfect for an oil that encompasses all the best qualities of this Mediterranean diet staple.
Launched back in 1895, Olearia Clemente now operates 5,000 hectares of olive groves across the Gargano region. The successive generations have maintained their powerful connection to the land while also taking advantage of modern technology in their state-of-the-art production facilities.
