Iliada Early Harvest Unfiltered Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is from the south-western area of the Peloponnese (Messinia). It is an ultra-premium olive oil that has been obtained by selecting only the best, unripe Koroneki variety at the start of each year’s crop. The oil is bottled unfiltered after harvesting and immediate cold extraction. It is spicy and robust with a special peppery aftertaste characteristic to high polyphenol olive oils, while still retaining an overall balanced profile.
