Made with cow’s milk and aged for a minimum of 20 days. Asiago is white to pale straw in colour, soft and marked with irregular eye formations or holes. It is delicate and sweet with a slight tang and as it melts well it is particularly suited for toasted sandwiches or pizzas although can be used in cooking – it pairs well with chicken.
