They’re 100% traceable all the way to your table: from the tree where they are naturally sun-ripened, through hand-picking to protect their sensitive flesh, to marination in brine and natural vinegar with no added preservatives and a film of EVOO on top to lock in their characteristic rich fruity flavour. Almond-shaped and dark purple to black with a crunchy texture, the Iliada Whole Jumbo Kalamata Olives are the perfect addition to any dish, from a traditional Greek salad to pasta, pizza, and of course any platter. The 3kg PET container does not need to be refrigerated once opened, as a plastic stopper keeps the olives submersed in the brine.
