The Iliada 3kg Mixed Whole Olives is a tasty and attractive mix of whole Greek olives, including Kalamata olives, green olives from Chalkidiki, and black Volos olives. The meaty Kalamata olives contrast beautifully with the mild and slightly acidic green olives grown on the Chalkidiki Peninsula in Northern Greece, and the softer, more mature texture and stronger flavour of black olives from the province of Volos in Thessaly. The PET container housing the Iliada 3kg Mixed Whole Olives does not need to be refrigerated once opened, as a plastic stopper keeps the olives submersed in the brine.
