Marsala Vergine Vintage 1999 is a dry fortified wine that is aged in big oak barrels where a slow oxidative aging process occurs. Made from the best Grillo and Catarratto grapes.It should be tasted after at least 5-15 minutes from disgorgement at a temperature of 15-20 °C to fully appreciate its aromas.The wine might have some deposits because it is neither filtrated nor refrigerated to preserve the organoleptic characteristics.
