A traditional Sicilian dessert wine made by infusing Marsala Fine with egg yolk. Alagna Cremovo has a rich and complex aromatic bouquet, with notes of vanilla, caramel and sweet spices. On the palate, Cremovo is sweet and velvety, with a creamy texture and a persistent flavour. The sweetness is balanced by the structure of Marsala, which adds depth and complexity.
