Ñora peppers, also known as Spanish ball peppers are small, red, round peppers that are predominantly grown in Murcia and Valencia in Eastern Spain. One harvested they are usually dried in the sun. Their flavour is distinctly sweet, slightly earthy and smoky. They are traditionally used to make pimentón (a type of Spanish paprika) but are also used flavour a wide range of dishes including stews and sauces.
