The crumbly and delicious Cordero Torcetti Cookies with their distinctive hoop shape straight out of Piedmontese tradition use a generous amount of butter and sugar to achieve their classic flavour.
The Cordero family has been crafting and milling grains since 1958. Luigi Cordero launched his company Molino di Borgo San Dalmazzo in 1958 in Italy’s Piedmont to grind local grain for local bakeries. To celebrate their grandfather’s achievement, the family recently rebranded under his name, expanding their range and their markets without losing the integrity, authenticity and goodness that made the original mill so beloved in Borgo San Dalmazzo. The Cordero Torcetti Cookies are a lovely nod to classic Italian tradition that perfectly captures Cordero’s intense and abiding “passione italiana.”
