Don Gastronom started out in 1966 as a family business catching and tinning fish and seafood from Spain’s Galician coast. Even today, the pretty Don Gastronom factory receives its catch fresh every day from its own small dock, preserving the exclusive taste of its gourmet seafood line. But the family also realized that international consumers were missing out on a whole world of traditional Spanish delicacies, produced lovingly to traditional recipes using superb local ingredients.
