Italian washed rind cheese that is creamy, soft and slightly sticky with a pungent aroma in contrast to its taste which is mild, buttery, slightly fruity and nutty.

Produced in Italy as Taleggio, once frozen this cheese cannot be sold as such due to PDO protection.
