A young, smooth, semi-soft cow’s milk cheese typically aged for two to three months. Sweet and creamy, with a slight yeasty after-note. Provolone Dolce can be eaten fresh, but is very versatile and can be melted to enhance a whole range of pasta, rice and vegetable dishes.
