Toasts (“Rusks”) Artisanal 350gm Cordero

The Cordero Fette Biscottate are classic Italian-style mini toasts made with sweet bread dough and baked twice to give them a crisp texture. They work equally well with sweet or savoury toppings, so try them with jam, cheese, cured meats, or even as a base for appetizers.

The Cordero family has been crafting and milling grains since 1958. Luigi Cordero launched his company Molino di Borgo San Dalmazzo in 1958 in Italy’s Piedmont to grind local grain for local bakeries. To celebrate their grandfather’s achievement, the family recently rebranded under his name, expanding their range and their markets without losing the integrity, authenticity and goodness that made the original mill so beloved in Borgo San Dalmazzo. The Cordero Fette Biscottate showcase Cordero’s intense and abiding “passione italiana” and the family’s understanding that it doesn’t have to be flashy—it just has to be perfect.
