Inspired by the Italian classic aglio, olio e peperoncino, this spaghetti combines the savoury flavour of garlic and oil with a warming chilli kick. Cordero makes it easy to enjoy this simple, much-loved Italian-style dish. Perfect for a quick meal, served with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
The Cordero family has been crafting and milling grains since 1958. Luigi Cordero launched his company Molino di Borgo San Dalmazzo in 1958 in Italy’s Piedmont to grind local grain for local bakeries. To celebrate their grandfather’s achievement, the family recently rebranded under his name, expanding their range and their markets without losing the integrity, authenticity and goodness that made the original mill so beloved in Borgo San Dalmazzo. The Cordero Spaghetti alla Carbonara showcases Cordero’s intense and abiding “passione italiana” and the family’s understanding that it doesn’t have to be flashy—it just has to be perfect.
