Our fleet of trucks delivers orders within this area 5 days a week. Orders are generally dispatched the day after order receipt. There may be a charge for this service for smaller orders.

Out of town orders

We have a range of options available for sending ambient, chilled and frozen orders within the rest of the South Island, from 1 carton up to pallet loads. General freight rates are:

- Carton up to 25 kg $10-20
- ½ pallet (up to 1.2mtrs) $150
- Full pallet $250

PERSONAL GUARANTEE

In consideration of North Canterbury Distributors (2003) Ltd, (trading as Mediterranean Foods), extending weekly credit to the applicant, I/We the undersigned, hereby jointly and severally, personally guarantee all debts incurred by the Applicant in respect of all goods and services supplied by North Canterbury Distributors (2003) Ltd (Trading as Mediterranean Foods).

I/We may for all purposes be treated as the Applicant and North Canterbury Distributors (2003) Ltd shall be under no obligation to take proceedings against the applicant before taking proceedings against us.

If payment is not paid in full by the due date then the purchaser agrees to pay interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 2% per month. Should debt collection action be required to recover overdue payments, collection costs and legal fees shall be paid by the purchaser.
