A variety of the best red grapes from the Astoria estate. 10% of the grapes are left to dry on mats for 3 months before being added to the blend. Aged in French oak for 8-9 months then aged in bottle.
An intense red with hints of smoke, spice and wood. Best opened an hour before drinking – rounds off to a lovely soft and well structured wine.
