With the fat’s sweetness counterbalanced by the pungency of chilli, each slice melts in the mouth. Best paired with delicate foods such as bread, steamed potatoes, or with other sharp flavours such as ripe tomato. Delicious in sandwiches. Gluten and dairy free.
