Starting as a soft, chewy, fatty pork simply spiced with salt, black pepper and sugar, summer truffles elevate both the smell and taste of this salami to something extraordinary. Slice thinly and serve as part of a great antipasto platter along with some Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, olives and other cured meats, or wrap around a nice piece of melon. A full-bodied red wine matches nicely. Gluten and dairy free.
