Il Dolce Forno—“the sweet oven”—was born back in the 1950s, when Jole and Luigi Gallina decided to set up a small bakery and shop in the heart of Treviso, Italy to prepare fresh and frozen pastries following traditional Veneto recipes. Their children followed in their footsteps, developing a wonderful range of frozen cakes, single-serve cakes, cannoli, strudel, single-serve tarts and other baked goods to bring that traditional Italian flavour to markets around the world.
