The Iliada EVOO Kalamata PDO Platinum Line is first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil with a naturally low acidity of less than 0.4%. As indicated by the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) mark, this EVOO is strictly produced and processed in the geographical region of Kalamata, Greece, using 100% Koroneiki olives. Rich, full bodied and well-balanced, it has a medium fruitiness and light bitterness with a slight peppery aftertaste.
