As the weather finally starts to warm up we are pleased to have received a replenishment of Italian sodas. Available in Aranciata Rossa, Aranciata, Limonata, Chinotto, Cola, Ginger Beer and a tonic, Tomarchio sodas are deliciously flavoursome and refreshing. Sold in handy packs of four.
Our last lot of Barbera EVO sold out quickly and this time we have ordered in 5L Cuoco in addition to the 1L. We have very limited stock of the Lorenzo #3 Organic DOP: “Produced from organically grown Biancolilla olives, grown at over 700 meters above sea level on high hills. At these altitudes, Biancolilla expresses its maximum content of aromatic substances and polyphenols. The result is an oil of great harmony, with a balanced almondy fruitiness, to be paired with all vegetables or fresh cheeses. Its herbaceous scent is combined with an unexpected sweetness, it goes perfectly with both raw and cooked fish-based cuisine”.
Our freezers are restocked with frozen cheese: 1kg mozzarella logs, 3kg Julienne mozzarella and burrata twin packs (125g x 2).
